The Grapevine Gathering Memento Ticket is a one-of-a-kind physical 3D souvenir ticket that will not only be your entry into the festival, but also a lifelong reminder of our winetastic adventures! Select the Memento ticket type at purchase and you can expect to receive yours via post a month before the event - please ensure you input your current postal address in your Megatix account!

If you are unable to get your name changed prior to the event, the box office can help you out on event day!
Yep and you won’t need to contact us ahead of time to arrange a ticket. Just head to the box office on arrival where our team will sight your ticket and companion card. You will then both be wristbanded and ready to enter Grapevine!
Unfortunately we do not offer complimentary birthday tickets but we do hope you have a grape birthday!

Yep! All VIP passes include event entry.
Grapevine Gathering is strictly an 18+ event! A valid form of identification will need to be presented on arrival - this could be your licence or passport!
Grapevine Gathering will run from 12pm - 10pm!
Absolutely! We will have water stations located around each venue so we strongly encourage you to bring your own reusable water bottle to keep hydrated all day long. Please note, glass water bottles are not permitted!
Absolutely! We encourage you to wine and dine throughout the day. There will be a range of delicious food options available to cater for all dietary needs.
This will be dependent on the vendor - we suggest bringing both cash and card!
While wine is going to be the star of the show, there will also be a variety of general alcoholic and non-alcoholic options!
Grapevine Gathering is not a BYO event, any alcohol will be confiscated upon arrival.
To gain entry to the event with special medical requirements, you must ensure the following:
- Ensure the medicine is in its original container, with the pharmacy label and issued in the name of the ticket holder
- Ensure the quantity carried is the minimal amount required for the duration of the event.
Note: Patrons without approved medicine in its original container with the pharmacy label will be unable to enter the event with the medicinal items.
There will be a Police presence at Grapevine Gathering and within surrounding areas, don’t say we didn’t wine you!
Unfortunately, there are no passouts. Once you exit Grapevine you won’t be able to re-enter so make sure to round up the whole crew before heading home!
Grapevine Gathering will go ahead rain, hail or shine!
If there are extreme weather conditions we may be forced to postpone, if this is the case then all ticket holders will be contacted ahead of time.
