It’s not good to keep things bottled up! The Grapevine Team has been working hard behind the scenes to secure as many transfers as possible for our partners in wine - but with a transfer driver shortage and a significant rise in fuel costs across the country, this has resulted in a slight increase in transfer pass prices this year. We appreciate your understanding!
Sip back, relax and leave how you’re getting to and from Grapevine with us! Catching the transfer will be the safest and most sustainable way to travel, have your plans in place ahead of time all while minimising your carbon footprint through your choice of transport - it’s a win win!
All transfer passes will include a return trip, picking you up and dropping you off at the same location - just be sure to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time, the transfer will not wait around for you!

Queensland Charter Transfer Locations
Don't say we didn't wine you! You will have until Tuesday the 3rd of October to secure your Transfer Pass.
If you’re planning on driving to and from Grapevine you will need to purchase a Parking Pass!
A Parking Pass will give you access to our on site car park for the day - please note, once you have parked, you will not be able to visit your car until you are ready to leave the event.
By securing a Vehicle Pass, a portion of your purchase will be donated to the Queensland Koala Society. QKS is committed to conserving koala populations for future generations, to promote the preservation of the environment and contributing to Australia biodiversity, with the particular focus on the South East Queensland region.
Grapevine Gathering locations are in vineyard regions, because of this, rideshares such as Ubers and Taxis are extremely limited in these areas and are not a reliable way to get home!
We urge you to have a plan in place by securing a spot on our transfers or organising your designated driver ahead of time.
If you are going to be dropped off and picked up from Grapevine, there will be a designated drop off and pick up point! Please follow all signage and traffic directions as you arrive.
On arrival at Grapevine, please proceed to the front gates in an orderly manner with your digital ticket ready or printed ticket ready to show the gate staff. If your ticket is on your phone, please ensure you download the ticket or screenshot it before the event as reception on site can be limited.
If you are arriving on a transfer please ensure you remember where it has dropped you off so you know where to go at the end of the event.
In order to make sure you have the day possible we recommend bringing the following items to Grapevine Gathering:
Don’t say we didn’t wine you - bags will be checked upon arrival! The below items are banned and if found will be confiscated.
All for wine and wine for all - Grapevine Gathering strives towards inclusivity and ensuring our events are accessible. Please be mindful that the event is set up upon natural terrain and is at times uneven and can be challenging to navigate.
All Grapevine Gathering locations will have a designated viewing platform and accessible toilets - these locations will be revealed once our site map once spilled!
Grapevine Gathering is proud to share that we will be introducing the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Initiative this year! The Hidden Disability Sunflower is a way to share with our team and others attendees that you have a hidden disability. We will be providing Hidden Disability Sunflower Lanyards from the entry lane at the festival for anyone that would like to wear one throughout their time at the festival – you won’t need to disclose your disability in order to receive one.
By wearing a Sunflower lanyard, you’re just letting our team know that you might need extra help, understanding, or just more time. If you’re interested in one, please let our staff know on arrival and they will be able to arrange this for you!
We are still currently securing and putting provisions in place to best accommodate those with accessibility requirements, please check back here soon for more information.
For any questions regarding accessibility at Grapevine, please reach out to us here cheers@grapevinegathering.com.au

More Moet, more problems, so remember to be aware of your limits! There will be food stalls and water stations located around the site. We encourage you to eat regularly and bring your reusable water bottle so you can keep hydrated throughout the day.
